The 315-6921F crank is for 71 401. If the 7th number given as a 1, is actually a 7 then it would be for a 70 390. The 319 0797F may be for a 68/69. One way to check for dates is on the counter weight machined face near the front of the crank. It should have large number like 68, 69 or 70. Though some early 70 cranks were done in 69.

A 707 rod - 686g and pin - 169g are the same for both. I left out the decimal places as these are averages. pistons and rods can vary up to 4g each.
